Compared to his run on NXT, it is quite safe to say that Bobby Roode's run on the main roster has been lackluster at best. The reason behind this is probably the fans not really warming up to Roode in a babyface avatar, compared to his excellent portrayal of a heel during his NXT run.
It looks like WWE is finally willing to listen to the fans, as according to CagesideSeats, a full-fledged heel turn is coming soon for The Glorious One. This past week on Raw, Roode formed an alliance of sorts with Chad Gable, so it will be interesting to see whether creative plans on having Roode turn against his partner quite soon. However WWE plans on doing it, we hope it will push Roode into the main event scene soon, where he belongs.
