There has been online chatter about Billie Kay and Peyton Royce being out of action from NXT since November because they both had a breast surgery swirling around for weeks now.

People finally started reporting on Billie Kay undergoing a procedure and that being the cause of her absence. This was made more obvious by Kay's new ring gear and WWE.com profile being changed.
Peyton Royce wasn't mentioned in the reports on other sites. However, we reported that Royce also had similar surgery which is why both women haven't been used in a while, even on house shows.
