At the premier of his latest movie Skyscraper, when asked about how it felt to be inside a WWE ring, the 'Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment' - The Rock - stated that it was a feeling like no other, and that he could not wait to get back inside the ring.

It is now being reported that The Great One is indeed interested in a WWE return, and could even start appearing on WWE programming soon.

This could possibly culminate in an appearance, or even a match at WrestleMania 35 in April 2019. While he was heavily rumoured to make an appearance at this year's WM34, the said return never took place.
