Paul Heyman, one of the greatest orators in the WWE.
#5 Heyman pays Lesnar's fine

Paul Heyman genuinely wanted to make things right
It seems that Lesnar is the conversation starter for most of Heyman's great promos and this was the case when Paul Heyman came out to address the Beast's acts during his Summerslam match with Randy Orton back in 2016.

One of the main talking points was Lesnar's manhandling of the SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon, which Monday Night RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon wished to address. However, Heyman was having none of that and proceeded to confirm that he would be paying Brock Lesnar's 500$ fine.
He then hilariously began to throw singles onto the floor, calling out each dollar bill one by one. Some absolutely brilliant form of comic relief from Paul Heyman after the brutal beating Orton received at the hands of Lesnar at Summerslam.
