This promo is our second one from Raw after WrestleMania 30, where Paul Heyman delivered his infamous speech on Brock Lesnar's 'Streak ending' victory over the Undertaker at WrestleMania 30.
While there were not many comical points to take away from this promo, Heyman once again successfully wowed the WWE Universe with his articulation and ability to sell anything, even something as shocking as breaking a streak which lasted for more than 'quarter of a century'.

He made it very clear to the fans that Lesnar was not here to put 'smiles' on people's faces, but rather put 'tears' in the eyes of children. If there was only one way to turn heel, Paul Heyman would know how to do it.
Heyman let loose on everybody with this promo including Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and even Hulk Hogan ("Silver Dome") facing the brunt of his attacks. However, the main point of his promo, which got the crowd mad was simply, "Twenty-one and one."
