This was by far, the greatest, most brilliant, most beautiful promo Paul Heyman has ever delivered in the history of promos. He intricately and systematically tore into the CEO of the WWE (or the WWF at the time), Vince McMahon.

He brutally and ruthlessly destroyed McMahon and questioned every one of Vinnie Mac's decisions and accused him of stealing credit off of other peoples hard work, especially himself. Heyman reiterated the fact that McMahon's own children hated him and that they could not wait to see him 'rot in hell'.

He mocked McMahon for always having someone behind him who "kissed his a**" and how McMahon liked it when people did that. He even berated McMahon for coining the term 'Sport's Entertainment' and making the word 'wrestling' a dirty word. The sheer intensity of this promo is amazing.
There is a lot that can be said about Paul Heyman's actions during this promo, but only after watching it and experiencing it, can one even attempt to appreciate it. It is most definitely the original 'Pipebomb'.
