#2 Charlotte vs Sasha Banks, Hell in a Cell 2016
Charlotte's bout with Sasha Banks at Hell in a Cell 2016, while not being the best encounter between the performers, is one of the most historic women's matches in the history of the WWE.
Flair and Banks had been trading the title back and forth for several months in the final quarter of 2016, and this match was billed as the grand finale of their feud. The company deemed the match to be so important, that they decided to book it as the main event of the show, making it the first ever PPV main-event to star two female performers.
Flair and Sasha were so familiar with each other in the ring by this point that they managed to deliver a great encounter, one more than fitting of such a historic occasion.
While there were a few sequences that didn't work out in quite the way they wanted, the two women still managed to deliver an exciting and brutal encounter, the likes of which women's wrestling had never seen before.
