Last night's episode of SmackDown saw The Miz take Otis to court, with WWE Hall of Famer JBL presiding over the trial. Whilst everything that was put forward about Otis should have been brushed aside, Miz was able to bribe his way into a match for the Money in the Bank contract at Hell in a Cell.
Tomorrow night, Otis will be forced to defend his contract against The Miz in a one-on-one match and many online rumors are pointing towards the idea that Miz could walk out victorious.

In recent months it's been made clear that there is no plan for Otis as Mr. Money in the Bank which means that if The Miz wins he could take the contract over to RAW and cash it in on either Randy Orton or Drew McIntyre as early as next week.
The Miz has been Mr. Money in the Bank before and it would be much more believable seeing The Miz cash in for a World Championship than Otis which means that Hell in a Cell could see a new Mr. Money in the Bank crowned.
