#2 Mickie James suffers serious injury on RAW

6-time Women's Champion Mickie James finally got a shot at the RAW Women's Champion this week on RAW. Unfortunately, things did not go her way and she may have suffered a serious injury during her match with Asuka.

The match between Asuka and James saw a botched finish leading to speculation that something was off. Mick Foley has stated that he has heard that Mickie James suffered a shoulder injury which is why the match had a rushed ending.

I'm hearing that @MickieJames may have injured her shoulder in tonight's #Raw match - which would explain the quick ending to the match. If true, I'm wishing Mickie a quick and complete recovery...and hoping she gets another shot at the title.

Lance Strorm had also stated that he heard the referee saying that she had popped her shoulder out.

Mickie James had returned a few weeks back and been in a program with Lana and Natalya. While it was obvious that she wouldn't be beating Asuka, James finally got her much deserved prominence on RAW.
