#2 When will SmackDown's Jimmy Uso turn on Roman Reigns?
The dynamics between Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns have taken an interesting turn on SmackDown. First, Jey Uso got tired of the constant bickering between Reigns and Jimmy and left. Since then, Jimmy has changed his stance towards The Tribal Chief and has begun to acknowledge him.
However, WWE veteran Dutch Mantell believes that Jimmy Uso will betray Roman Reigns in the time to come. Speaking on SportsKeeda's Smack Talk, Mantell said Jimmy Uso would turn on his cousin once WWE is back on the road.
''I don't think that turn will come until they go back on the road because there's no need to. It'd be dead by the time they go on the road the way they're doing things. But if they do it, maybe it gives Roman something to do to get to SummerSlam,'' said Mantell
#1 Montez Ford legitimately injured on SmackDown
WWE had announced that Montez Ford suffered rib injuries during his beatdown at the hands of Otis, which is why he has been absent from SmackDown. But Dave Meltzer of WON has revealed that while his rib injuries are just a storyline set-up, Ford did have legitimate surgery. However, the surgery was not serious, and he is expected to be back soon.
''He did get legitimate surgery, a voluntary surgery not related to an injury and not something that should keep him out of action for any significant length of time."
By selling Ford's time-off for surgery as an injury, WWE has helped Otis seem like a monster heel, and a big push might be in store for him.
