With Backlash now in the rear-view mirror, it has been reported that WWE management is very high on Damian Priest.
In one of the marquee matches of the show, The Judgment Day member went one-on-one with Puerto Rican music megastar Bad Bunny in a highly entertaining street fight.
According to a recent report from PWinsider Elite, The Punisher received many plaudits from company officials backstage after his match against the Grammy award winner.
"There was a ton of praise internally for all the work Damian Priest has done in recent months to level himself up, culminating with the San Juan Street Fight this past weekend. One source noted to PWInsider.com that he has to be seen as one of the top level players in the company going forward." (H/T Wrestling News)
Despite him losing the match, Priest's showdown against Bad Bunny was arguably the biggest moment of his career, with the contest considerably elevating Damian's star power.
