Alexa Bliss has been out since the 2023 Royal Rumble and it is still not known when she will come back to Monday Night RAW. WWE has hinted at her return for months now but the fans haven't seen her back in the promotion yet.
Triple H and the creative team are reportedly working on ways to bring her back with an impressive storyline, and the WWE Universe should expect her to return soon. Meanwhile, Braun Strowman has been out for a month, after sustaining a knee injury during his match against former World Heavyweight Champion, Damian Priest, on the July 15 episode of the red brand.
Thus, it would make sense for WWE and the Chief Content Officer to try and recreate the former mixed tag team of Bliss and Strowman once they are both back and ready to go.
Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss already had a successful stint as a tag team
Fans have seen Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss work well as a tag team previously, thus having them reunite would make sense for the Stamford-based company.
Back in 2018, the two superstars formed the Team Little Big and competed in the Mixed Match Challenge Tournament in WWE. They had great chemistry with each other and had some great matches together.
Therefore, the two could work together again and support each other through their respective runs upon their return.
It could make Alexa Bliss' WWE return smoother
Alexa has been away from WWE for 18 months now. Thus, it could be risky for WWE to grant her a title opportunity right away. as a loss could hurt her momentum unless they have her win the title from Liv Morgan.
With that in mind, a mixed tag team with Strowman could make her comeback smoother and give her time to adjust to the rigors of the weekly schedule before going after the championship.
They could start a feud with The Wyatt Sicks
Both superstars had been linked to a move to The Wyatt Sicks, but it appears that WWE has no desire to add more members to the faction soon.
Seeing as Braun Strowman is already a face, fans could see Alexa Bliss return as a face and the two start a feud with the faction. That way, Bliss would have time to build some momentum before going after Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship down the line.
