Triple H has pulled off quite a few swerves in 2024, such as Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes forming a tag team, Paul Heyman returning with CM Punk, and Dominik Mysterio betraying Rhea Ripley, among others. It's possible that The Game can have one more twist up his sleeves for a top championship before the year ends.

Last week on WWE SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton failed to defeat Michin in the semi-finals of the Women's United States Championship tournament. While she was preparing for the match in the locker room, Candice LeRae and Nia Jax showed their support. They tried to convince The Buff Barbie that she did not need the Money in the Bank briefcase if she won the Women's US Championship because using the MITB contract would be a cheap tactic.

After the match, Jax and LeRae met her backstage, telling her that maybe singles wrestling is not for her. During this time, The Poison Pixie informed The Irresistible Force that she had spoken to Nick Aldis and secured a Women's Tag Team Championship match against Bianca Belair and Naomi for Nia and herself.

The current WWE Women's Champion immediately left Stratton alone and went away with LeRae to brainstorm about the match. Well, it's possible that the former NXT Women's Champion will finally turn on the WWE Women's Champion after the tag team match.

Nia Jax formed a bond with Tiffany to ensure she could manipulate her into not using the Money in the Bank contract for the WWE Women's Championship. However, last week's episode of SmackDown showed Stratton's expressions changing when The Irresistible Force spoke.

The Buff Barbie might be onto Jax's tricks and can cash in the MITB contract on Nia Jax after Belair and Naomi successfully defend the Women's Tag Team Title.

Triple H got involved in an altercation to further a rivalry

Saturday Night's Main Event took a shocking turn when Kevin Owens hit Cody Rhodes with a packaged piledriver after the show went off-air. Following that, he left the ring with the Winged Eagle Title, which was used for one night only instead of the Undisputed WWE Championship for the NBC special.

Triple H came out to the entrance ramp and smacked it out of The Prizefighter's hands. KO and The Cerebral Assassin got into a heated altercation, and referees had to move the former Universal Champion away from WWE's Chief Content Officer.

According to Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone, The Game booked himself in the segment to promote Kevin Owens as a heel and maintain the Rhodes-Owens rivalry. However, Triple H will not return to in-ring action due to his heart surgery.

Triple H last competed in 2019, where he teamed up with Shinsuke Nakamura to defeat Robert Roode and Samoa Joe at a live event in Japan.
