Triple H may have a big decision to make about Cody Rhodes after what went down at the end of WWE Saturday Night's Main Event. Cody Rhodes successfully retained his Undisputed WWE Title against Kevin Owens but didn't survive the wrath of the Canadian wrestler.
After the cameras stopped rolling, a visibly frustrated Kevin Owens ambushed Cody Rhodes during his post-match championship celebration and hit him with a Package Piledriver. Yes, it's the same banned move that injured Randy Orton (in kayfabe) not too long ago.
The American Nightmare was stretchered out of the arena in a neck brace and was loaded into an ambulance. The Prizefighter, on the other hand, took the Winged Eagle belt into his possession.
While The Game tried to stop him from retreating, KO didn't even spare his boss and got into an altercation. Owens will get what's coming to him, but fans are awaiting an update on Rhodes' condition.

It's worth noting that Cody Rhodes was taken out similarly to Randy Orton, which means the poster boy may as well be written off TV immediately.
Given the nature of the kayfabe injury, Triple H could decide to strip The American Nightmare of his title, a decision that may not sit well with some fans.
But on the brighter side, it would sell the after-effects of what happened at Saturday Night's Main Event and make Kevin Owens the biggest heel in the business.
WWE could then book a final match between the two rivals at Royal Rumble next year for a vacated title.
(Please note: This is just pure speculation at the moment so readers are advised to take it with a grain of salt)
Kevin Owens reacts to his loss to Cody Rhodes at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event
Kevin Owens took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to call out WWE referees for screwing him out of a potential Undisputed WWE Title win.
He also explained his post-match actions.
"*EXCLUSIVE: After getting screwed out of becoming the Undisputed WWE Champion by incompetent referees, Kevin Owens justifiably gets retribution on The American Person with an often imitated, never truly duplicated, PACKAGE PILEDRIVER just moments after Saturday Night’s Main Event goes off the air to send everyone home happy. #SNME."
With Rhodes and Orton both seemingly out of the picture, it will be interesting to see what WWE has in store for the uncrowned Undisputed WWE Champion in the coming days.
