CM Punk's stay on WWE RAW so far has been eventful, and Triple H seems to have more in store for The Voice of the Voiceless. Interestingly, it might even involve one of the top stars of the company for the past few years.
After CM Punk wrapped up his intense feud with Drew McIntyre that stemmed at this year's Royal Rumble, he now focuses on Seth Rollins. The longtime rivals will finally face on WWE RAW's Netflix debut next week. While many think this won't be the last time The Second City Saint and The Visionary will face and will continue their feud until WrestleMania, Triple H may have already hinted that the former World Heavyweight Champion is no longer in the future of his rival, but Roman Reigns might be.
CM Punk and Seth Rollins already went all out on WWE RAW's final 2024 episode
Punk and Rollins ended the final episode of Monday Night RAW by engaging in another war of words. While both men have been doing this for a while, they went above and beyond on the recent segment by including references about their personal life and even the former's time in AEW.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
It's hard to top off the emotions and intensity both men brought tonight. It was the perfect final segment before their long-awaited Netflix singles match, but that also means there will be no more reason for them to fight after it since they have already gone above and beyond for their current feud.
Paul Heyman still owes CM Punk a favor
Punk returned in November this year after a grueling Hell in a Cell match against Drew McIntyre at Bad Blood to team up with Roman Reigns against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. The OG Bloodline managed to win at Survivor Series: WarGames, and it was all because Paul Heyman promised his former client a favor.
It's still unknown what this favor is, but it might relate to something about The Original Tribal Chief. After Punk wraps up his feud with Rollins, he can go back to the Hall of Famer and cash in the favor, which is a WrestleMania match against Roman. Despite no longer being the Undisputed Champion, Punk can note that Reigns is still one of the biggest stars in the sport and they still have differences that need to be settled.
CM Punk wants to go for the gold
Punk has been clear that he wants to go for the championship for a while now. Recently, his dreams came true when he challenged Gunther during WWE's Holiday Tour house shows. Interestingly, he isn't the only one who wants this for him.
While on the Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes reported that the Stamford-based promotion has plans for The Best in the World to challenge for the World Championship in 2025. With this in mind, it's possible that his next feud could involve The Ring General as well.
