Next year, when WWE presents WrestleMania 41 from Las Vegas, fans will expect Triple H to deliver another blockbuster premium live event. At this year's Show of Shows, Hunter treated the fans to what many believe was one of the best PLEs in recent years.
While there is still a lot of time left for WrestleMania 41, and no match has been announced yet, Triple H seemingly revealed his plans for next year's Show of Shows main event. Based on what happened at last week's SmackDown, it looks like we could see Randy Orton take on Cody Rhodes at The Showcase of The Immortals.
Last week on SmackDown, Rhodes was attacked by Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser. While Imperium initially had the upper hand over the Undisputed WWE Champion, Orton's timely arrival to save The Amercian Night led to The Ring General and Kaiser escaping the ring quickly.
After escaping, Orton held Rhodes' Undisputed WWE Championship and gave it back. However, what's interesting is that when The Viper held the title, he had a completely different look, and it felt like something he would want to win. This was just one of the many teases and speculations about a potential match between the former Legacy teammates.

Apart from this, the duo could also feud because of the history they share. Given Rhodes is currently involved in a feud with Gunther and will most likely feud with Kevin Owens later, a potential rivalry with Orton will have to take place sometime around next year's WrestleMania.
Cody Rhodes recently made a major statement about WWE WrestleMania 41
As mentioned above, WrestleMania 40 was a massive success, and Cody Rhodes was a major part of the reason, as he finished his story by beating Roman Reigns to capture the Undisputed WWE Championship.
While Rhodes' story contributed to making WrestleMania 40 a big success, The American Nightmare has now set his sights on making next year's Show of Shows even bigger. On the social media platform X/Twitter, the former AEW EVP quote tweeted a post from WWE's handle.
The WWE post mentioned that WrestleMania 41 is officially the best opening on-sale weekend in the company's history. The Undisputed WWE Champion tweeted this, writing about his expectations for next year's Show of Shows.
"I like the odds in Vegas of #WrestleMania 41 being the BIGGEST event EVER," he wrote.
Given how WWE has been presenting storylines in recent times, it won't be surprising to see WrestleMania 41 become the biggest ever. And since Rhodes is the Undisputed WWE Champion, he will play a massive role in ensuring the same happens.
