WWE Chief Content Officer and Creative Head Triple H is known to reward superstars who work hard and prove themselves week in and week out. Bayley winning the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania 40 is the best example of The Game rewarding a hard worker.

Similarly, at the upcoming edition of WWE SummerSlam, Triple H could reward another RAW superstar. The wrestler in question is 12-time WWE champion, Sheamus. Over the years, The Celtic Warrior has been an important part of the Stamford-based promotion and has worked very hard to reach where he is.

However, the reason he could be rewarded is different. On June 30, Sheamus completed 15 years in the global juggernaut. He made his debut on June 30, 2009, when he beat Oliver John in a match on ECW. Since then, the Irish superstar has been an indispensable part of the locker room.

Hence, at WWE SummerSlam, The Game could book Sheamus against the winner of Sami Zayn and Bron Breakker at Money in the Bank. The reason why The Game would book the veteran to fight for the Intercontinental Title is because that's the only belt that is keeping him from becoming a WWE Grand Slam Champion.

WWE Hall of Famer wants Triple H to put the World Heavyweight Championship on a 45-year-old superstar

Whether Triple H rewards Sheamus with the Intercontinental Championship is something only time will tell. However, a WWE Hall of Famer recently said he wants to see The Game book a 45-year-old superstar to become the next World Heavyweight Champion.

During an episode of Busted Open Radio, WWE legend Bully Ray said he wants to see Triple H book CM Punk carry the World Heavyweight Champion in the promotion. Ray mentioned if he were The Game, he would book Punk in the most high-profile matches, and give him the belt if Punk could remain injury-free.

"If I’m Triple H, I’m booking Punk in the most high-profile matches I possibly can right now. [If he] comes out of it injury-free, I book him to the next level. Could CM Punk carry the WWE World Heavyweight Championship? Absolutely,no doubt in my mind," said Bully Ray.

While seeing The Best in the World as champion won't hurt, he will have to wait for his chance. At the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, Damian Priest will be defending his World Heavyweight Championship against former champion Seth Rollins.
