The main event of tonight's NXT TakeOver: WarGames was a 4-on-4 WarGames match, pitting Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O'Reilly against Tommaso Ciampa, Keith Lee, Dominik Dijakovic, and Kevin Owens. Adam Cole's girlfriend Britt Baker was in attendance at tonight's event. The match ended when Tommaso Ciampa put Adam Cole through a table and pinned him to secure a victory for his team. Immediately after the spot, the camera panned to several shocked faces of fans in the crowd, one of which was Britt Baker's. Mauro Ranallo acknowledged that Baker is Cole's girlfriend.
During the media call, Triple H stated that he spoke to Britt Baker after the show and explained that the director searched for the most shocked face in the crowd and found her, not knowing who she was. Triple H also told Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful that he hopes the incident doesn't put Baker in a bad position.
HHH told me that he hopes it doesn't put her in a bad position and would never want to do anything that would cause her heat. Says she has a good thing going with what she's doing https://t.co/d14numQ3PQ
