Triple H was interestingly part of Saturday Night's Main Event last night. He was forced to approach Kevin Owens following his actions towards Cody Rhodes.

Owens delivered a banned move to Rhodes which has since seen him hospitalized and it could now lead to Triple H making a bold decision regarding his future.

Kevin Owens' contract situation remains up in the air, with rumors suggesting that he has yet to sign a new deal and he could now be suspended indefinitely by Triple H, which would be appropriate since he broke WWE rules and used a banned move, which needs to bring with it a punishment.

Much like Drew McIntyre when his contract was up in the air, he could take some time away from the company and make a decision to re-sign or change his path.

This could be a good way to write him off TV until the Royal Rumble and then allow the feud with Rhodes to re-ignite after the move over to Netflix is complete.

WIll Triple H be the man to hand out the punishment to Kevin Owens?

Attacking the main champion is a bold move and it will cost WWE money if Rhodes is sidelined for several weeks like Randy Orton since he has appearances to make and is expected to be on RAW for the Netflix launch show.

TKO and WWE have to both be upset with Kevin Owens for the attack and it's easy to see them handing him a suspension and a fine.

It would be harsh to fire him, but given how angry The Game was about the attack following last night's show, he could opt to fire him when his suspension is up or just hand him a smaller punishment for now until he knows the severity of Rhodes' injuries.
