Triple H is an American wrestler, business executive, and actor. His real name is Paul Michael Levesque and he was born on July 27, 1969, in New Hampshire, USA. He is also the current Chief Content Officer and Head of Creative at WWE.
The Cerebral Assassin had been athletic from a young age and began his professional wrestling career at the age of 20 in 1990. He competed for about three to four years on regional promotions before getting his breakthrough when WCW hired him in 1994. He worked there for two years under the name Terror Risin’ before jumping ships to WWE in 1995, the promotion he is associated with to date. In WWE, he began his career as Connecticut Blueblood, then as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and finally became Triple H during the Attitude Era.
Triple H is widely regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. He is a 14-time World Champion, three-time Tag Team Champion, Two-time European Champion, and Five-time Intercontinental Champion. Further, he has won the Royal Rumble twice, is the Second-ever Grand Slam Champion after Kurt Angle, and is a former King of the Ring. Triple H also became a WWE Hall of Famer when he was inducted into the hallowed hall in 2019 as a member of the D-Generation X.
Besides, he also plays a real-life authority figure in WWE. He is the husband of Stephanie McMahon, the daughter of Vince McMahon. McMahon is the single largest shareholder of the Endeavour Group, the holding company of WWE. While fans know that each member of the McMahon family has stakes in WWE, they wonder whether Triple H, too, owns some share of WWE.
Triple H WWE Ownership

Triple H reportedly holds around 67000 shares in WWE. While he holds a number of shares in WWE, it is nothing in comparison to what the other members of The McMahon family hold. Before diving deep into Triple H’s share, let us first understand the basics of WWE stocks and shares. Before WWE was sold to the Endeavour Group in 2023, it was a listed entity and had two classes of shares.
Class A shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange and had little to no voting power. Class B shares could have been held only by Vince McMahon, Linda McMahon, and their descendants, mainly Shane and Stephanie McMahon. Thus, Triple H was not eligible to get his hands on Class B shares. Before WWE’s sale, Vince McMahon held around 37.6 percent share in the company and that too in Class B shares giving him 83% voting power in the whole company.
Linda McMahon owned around 2% of the whole company and Stephanie was the owner of 1% of the company, all in Class B shares. Triple H owned around 67000 shares in comparison to Stephanie’s 1.9 Million shares. Furthermore, all of Triple H’s shares were Class A shares, giving him almost no voting power as a shareholder. Nonetheless, he was a member of the Board of Directors of WWE before it was sold.
The whole shareholding pattern of the company has taken a huge change after the company was sold to Endeavour. First of all, Triple H is not on the Board of Directors of Endeavour. Secondly, Class B shares have become a thing of the past as they no longer exist under the new ownership. Also, whatever proportion Triple H owned of WWE, he owns now almost half of that with respect to Endeavour as WWE holds a 49% stake in the TKO Holdings while the Endeavour UFC owns the rest 51 per cent.
