Triple threat match for the WWE World Heavyweight title at Payback?

WWE have released a promo video for their upcoming pay-per-view Payback which takes place on May 17th at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, next month.

The video focuses on WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and Roman Reigns. It has led to the speculation that Roman Reigns will be back in the title picture and Rollins will be defending his belt in a Triple Threat match against Orton and Reigns.

Orton and Rollins will be squaring off for the title at Extreme Rules this Sunday which eventually means that Rollins will be retaining the championship belt at the PPV.
