Multiple WWE Superstars have had children over the past few years. A few are currently on maternity leave, including Alexa Bliss, Valhalla, and Carmella. Meanwhile, Tamina, a mother of two, has been inactive for over a year despite remaining under contract with the Stamford-based company.
While the mentioned names are currently away from WWE, other mothers are active competitors. Two of these superstars currently hold titles. One is the Women's Speed Champion while the other is one-half of the Women's Tag Team Champions. However, the third entry on this list sustained a knee injury earlier this year putting her on the shelf.
Check out three active female superstars who are currently mothers below:

#3. Women's Speed Champion Candice LeRae
Since 2016, Candice LeRae has been married to fellow WWE Superstar Johnny Gargano. In August 2021, the couple announced that the 39-year-old was pregnant with their first child. They welcomed their baby boy, Quill, in February 2022.
In September of that same year, LeRae returned to in-ring action. In an interview with MuscleManMalcolm following her comeback, she addressed potentially bringing her son with her and Gargano on the road:
"We're hoping eventually to be able to bring him with us but we want to be able to kind of get ourselves used to it before we bring him. It is definitely different. There's a lot more to think about like packing before I leave and trying to make sure he's all situated. It's a longer process to get ready but it's worth it," she said. [H/T: SEScoops]
LeRae and her husband are both on the SmackDown brand. She currently holds the Women's Speed Championship.
#2. Asuka
Despite being active on her YouTube channel, Asuka usually keeps her personal life away from the public eye. Hence, many WWE fans may not know that the multi-time Women's Champion is a mother.
That piece of information was revealed by Becky Lynch in 2020 while The Man spoke to Sports Illustrated about passing the RAW Women's Championship to the Japanese superstar as she left on maternity leave:
"Passing that championship onto Asuka meant a lot. She really, really deserves it. And another element that people missed, because it's not really advertised, is that she's a working mom," she said. [H/T: Sports Illustrated]
Asuka has been out of action since May after sustaining a knee injury. Nearly two weeks ago, she provided an update on her injury in a video on her YouTube channel. She disclosed that her knee is recovering well and told fans to anticipate her return.
#1. WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Jade Cargill
Jade Cargill is married to former baseball star Brandon Phillips. The Women's Tag Team Champion welcomed her first child with her husband in April 2017. In a recent interview with Stephanie Chase last August, The Storm praised WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H for understanding the importance of family.
The 32-year-old pointed out that she is an active mother and likes to attend all her daughter's recitals. He disclosed that The Game allowed her to be at her daughter's first school day:
"I'm a very active mother. I love going to all my daughter’s recitals. Like, today was her first day at school but we have such a phenomenal head at our company that he understands that we need to be there for these pivotal moments. For example, today, 'Hey, I have my daughter's first day at school, this is very important to me, I'd like to be there.’ ‘Okay, well I want you to be there for your daughter's first day at school, you don't have to do X, Y, and Z," she said. Cargill and her tag team partner Bianca Belair recently successfully defended their title at Crown Jewel.
