Uncle Howdy's return to the squared circle is a much-anticipated event within the WWE Universe. WWE started teasing the return via QR codes in April which led to vague and bizarre clues. So, what's next?
Well, WWE needs to have effective storytelling when bringing back the supernatural character. Not the usual 'ambush' and 'establish your dominance' type of return, but one that will send chills down the spine. Interestingly, WWE can bring back Uncle Howdy during Xavier Woods vs. Karrion Kross on tonight's episode of Monday Night RAW. A clue from a QR code hints at the same.
You see, Kross has been trying to recruit Woods, who is a former 12-time champion (four RAW Tag Team Championships, seven SmackDown Tag Team Championships, and one NXT Tag Team Championship), but The New Day member has consistently rejected the offer. Kross wanting to disband The New Day is essentially splitting up Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods who are like brothers. Well, Howdy might not take too kindly to someone trying to throw a spanner between brothers and take it upon himself to stop Karrion Kross.

The Wyatt Family member doesn't even need to ambush Karrion Kross to help Woods win. Anything ranging from Howdy stepping into the arena, to the arena going pitch dark can distract Karrion Kross during the match against Woods. The New Day member can use the distraction to secure the victory.
Finally, Uncle Howdy can choose The Final Testament as the first target of the Wyatt 6 faction. It will allow both factions to grow in their elements of villain and supernatural!
WWE veteran is impressed with the company for attempting to bring back Uncle Howdy
WWE's recent product has been devoured by the fans. Every angle and storyline is receiving major pop from the fans, and getting quite a bit of traction on social media. So, during such a successful time, WWE bringing back Uncle Howdy needs to be as spectacular as fans have built up in their heads, or it will be quite the letdown. Former RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff discussed the same on the 83 Weeks podcast:
"I have no idea [if it will work] but hats off to WWE for having the b***s to try it, because it's a high-risk maneuver… I say that because if it comes together and it works, it can be massive. But if it doesn't come off, if it doesn't register, the letdown is gonna be huge."
It is rumored that the Wyatt 6 faction will feature Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan, and Dexter Lumis.
