WWE Crown Jewel 2024 is on the horizon. The PLE is set to take place on Saturday, November 2, at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The latest episode of RAW brought a major addition to the event’s match card. Previously, only two matches were confirmed. The inaugural Crown Jewel Championship would be on the line when World Heavyweight Champion Gunther and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes lock horns in Riyadh on November 2.
Further, the inaugural Women's Crown Jewel Champion will be crowned next month when Women's World Champion Liv Morgan battles WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax. However, during the latest episode of RAW, Adam Pearce officially added a third high-profile match to the card, pitting Seth Rollins against ''Big'' Bronson Reed.
The rivalry between Rollins and Reed has been escalating in recent weeks, with tensions boiling over. The rivals brawled all over the arena last night, forcing the RAW General Manager to finally announce that their encounter will take place in Riyadh. Last week, Pearce approached Rollins, expressing concern over the former World Heavyweight Champion’s previous injuries and warning about the danger that Bronson Reed's devastating Tsunami could pose.

Despite these concerns, the match is now set, adding even more excitement to the Saudi Arabia Premium Live Event. The event is shaping up to be an action-packed show, with this intense matchup as the third confirmed bout.
With this, the updated match card is as follows:
- Gunther (c) vs. Cody Rhodes (c) for the inaugural WWE Crown Jewel Championship
- Liv Morgan (c) vs. Nia Jax (c) for the inaugural WWE Women's Crown Jewel Championship
- Seth Rollins vs. Bronson Reed - singles match
How many matches will get added to the Crown Jewel 2024 card?
In recent months, WWE has typically booked five matches for the smaller PLEs. With three matches already announced for the upcoming Saudi Arabia spectacle, it’s likely that the Triple H-led creative team will add two more matches to the card. One of the potential additions involves The Bloodline Saga.
Many believe that a match between Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu is a strong possibility. The Original Tribal Chief has been attacked by Solo Sikoa and Co. in consecutive weeks on SmackDown, and Jacob Fatu has always played a significant role in Reigns getting brutalized.
Therefore, a match between The OTC and The Samoan Werewolf is highly likely to take place on November 2.
It remains to see how many matches will be added to the card in the coming weeks.
