Jake “The Snake” Roberts had a python named Damien that he used to carry into the ring in a big green snake. But, after the python was almost killed by Earthquake, Roberts had to get a replacement. That’s when he bought Lucifer, a cobra. This video features Jake’s feud with Macho Man Randy Savage where Jake had Macho Man trapped in the ring ropes, and then he unleashed his pet cobra on the Macho Man. The snake was real, however, was devenomized and had its fangs shortened.
