The Rock’s new WWE Championship belt is now a part of history. The WWE Championship, which was established in 1963, has changed form on multiple occasions. From Buddy Rogers to The Rock, several superstars have held the golden belt in its multiple avatars. Many superstars like Edge, Stone Cold and John Cena have taken the liberty to customise the belt to suit their persona. At one point of time, WWE even got the ‘f’ out of WWF. The WWE Championship still remains the most coveted prize for a WWE superstar.
