Wes Lee (birth name: Deveon Everhart Aikens) is an American Professional Wrestler signed with WWE NXT, as of October 2024. He is the former NXT North American Champion with the most number of championship defenses in NXT, equalling the record of Keith Lee. He started his professional wrestling career in 2011 under the name Dezmond Xavier and has appeared in various independent circuits. Xavier has featured in multiple independent circuits including Wrestling Circus (WC), Desastre Total Ultraviolento (DTU), Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), All American Wrestling (AAW), Wrestling Revolver, and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG).

He aligned himself in a stable with Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz under the name The Rascalz. The Rascalz has been a fan-favorite stable and has been a successful stable in the tag team division.

Wes Lee and Nash Carter signed with the WWE in 2020. They continued as a tag team under the name MSK and made their WWE debut in the Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament and won. As a reward, MSK received an opportunity to fight for the vacant NXT Tag Team Championship and become the titleholder.Lee successfully emerged as an individual wrestler and won the vacant NXT North American Championship in a five-man ladder match. Thereby winning his first singles championship in WWE and second singles Championship overall.

Wes Lee is an Ex-Military Servant, who worked in the United States Air Force for 5 years. He joined the Air Force at the age of 18 and came out at the age of 23. He has talked about his military life and his initial wrestling days on Busted Open Radio. He stated that he started his pro-wrestling training while working for the U.S. Military. After leaving the Airforce, he was worried about his future, however pro-wrestling saved his career and he wished to give full dedication to it. He also mentioned that he loves to be a wrestler and feels purposeful.
