What happened after WWE RAW went off the air (August 19, 2013)

The last televised segment on RAW saw us witness Daniel Bryan getting ‘RKO’d by WWE Champion Randy Orton, as the McMahon family stood tall over the fallen Bryan with their hands held high.

As they vacated the ring, The Shield, who were the outside enforcers, preyed on a hapless Bryan. Mark Henry, Dolph Ziggler and The Big Show rushed to the ring and made the save, taking out the Shield. Each one delivered their finisher as the crowd went nuts. Daniel Bryan ended the assault by hitting one of the Shield members with the running knee.

As Bryan’s music was hit, a ‘Yes’ chant broke out in the crowd as all four superstars embraced one another to conclude the segment.
