However, before he could do that, Paul mentioned Dillon Danis, a mixed martial artist he beat in a boxing match recently. During the segment, Paul said he beat Danis so badly that the latter got dropped by his fight league. Since then, many WWE fans have been wondering what The YouTuber meant.
To answer the question, days after Dillon Danis lost to Logan Paul, Bellator MMA cut the former from its roster. Danis was associated with Bellator since 2018, and he fought two fights under their banner. When Logan Paul returned to WWE last week, fans thought he was a permanent part of SmackDown. After all, the 28-year-old was confirmed to have a match against Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel last week. However, based on his statements, Paul's appearances won't be limited to the blue brand.
After Paul finished taking a shot at Dillon Danis, he told the WWE Universe he was a free agent since he did not get drafted. Despite being involved in a feud against Rey, being a free agent gives Paul the authority to appear on any brand he desires.
