John Cena makes fans cry after WWE RAW goes off air in Chicago

Cena gets a standing ovation for his promo from the Chicago crowd

After tonight's WWE RAW went off the air in Chicago, United States Champion John Cena reportedly brought Cesaro back out and praised him for their RAW main event match.

Cena put over Cesaro some more and gave a speech that was described as an “emotionally charged” promo. Fans on social media noted that some people were crying at Cena's words for Cesaro.

According to one of Wrestlinginc’s readers, Cena played the crowd very well and talked about Chicago being hallowed ground and the site of his fist match in 2002. Cena told Cesaro that the fans are the key to his success and "right now they love you." Cena also told Cesaro that he can do things in the ring that no other man can do.
