Pro wrestling legend, Hulk Hogan, spoke about how he felt about the sale of WWE. Last year, Vince McMahon shocked the world when he sold the global juggernaut for $9.3 billion to Endeavor Group, who later merged the wrestling promotion with UFC.

When the news of McMahon selling WWE went viral, several people were shocked. During a conversation with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Senior Editor, Bill Apter, Hogan said he never expected such a scenario where McMahon would not have ownership of the Stamford-based promotion any longer.

Currently, Triple H is the one heading WWE's creative and he is also the Chief Content Officer. Under The Game's reign, the company has achieved some fabulous results with regard to its product. Exciting storylines and intense matches have become a common feature in the promotion.

Apart from this, the promotion has also carried out several successful premium live events in foreign locations. In the coming years, it will be interesting to see how the promotion does under Triple H.


Hulk Hogan credited WWE for cooperating with him

Hulk Hogan runs beach shops from where wrestling fans can purchase WWE and WCW merchandise. These shops are located in Clearwater and Orlando, and in the same interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Hogan spoke about the importance of having his own business.

The Hulkster said that due to the unpredictability of the business, he wanted to open his own stores where he could sell his merchandise. Hulk Hogan also added that the Stamford-based promotion had been very cooperative with him. Due to their support, Hogan is also able to sell merchandise of nWo and other WWE Superstars at his beach shops.

"Basically, it's something that I wanted to do because with me bouncing around between the WCW and the WWE, never knowing where you're gonna end up in this wrestling business, I wanted to have something solid that I could sell my Hulkamania stuff because the people still want it. It's really great because the WWE's been very, very cooperative, and they've been a great partner because I get the nWo stuff in there and I've got a lot of the John Cena stuff. All the different WWE Superstars, I sell a lot of their stuff in there," said Hogan. [5:23 – 6:04]

Further in the interview, Hogan spoke about how fans visit his beach shops and recollect memories from the past. After all, he has had a legendary wrestling career where he created many memorable moments.
