What if Becky Lynch defends both titles separately at each WWE PPV?

Someone beating Lynch in her second defense could set up an intriguing program for down the road.

Whoever takes a title off of Becky Lynch in the scenario described here, of beating The Man in her second title defense of the night, would not get the full push that would come with beating Lynch decisively, without any excuses. Nonetheless, this could also be a fine way of setting up another rivalry for Lynch down the road.

Say Lynch lost the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Carmella (after retaining the Raw title earlier in the night). Lynch would presumably carry on working Raw talent only with her Raw Women’s Championship. Come the next champion vs. champion match at Survivor Series, a Royal Rumble win earning someone a title shot, or the next Superstar Shakeup there would be a ready-made story to pursue of ‘Mella claiming she’s beaten Lynch before, whereas Lynch can hold up the fact she wasn’t one hundred percent going into the match. It’d be a unique circumstance to set up Lynch as both vulnerable and out for revenge.
