Roman Reigns and The Rock are arguably the two biggest names in WWE today. The company could create a thunderous moment if both return on the same WWE SmackDown episode.

WWE fans saw one of the greatest WrestleMania main events in history when The Rock and Roman Reigns headlined both nights of The Show of Shows. They shortly took a hiatus and haven't been back on television ever since. With rumors regarding The Acknowledgment Ceremony on this week's WWE SmackDown, fans could witness two staggering returns on the same night.

Ahead of this week's episode of the blue brand, Xero News reported a possible return of The Rock during The Bloodline Acknowledgment Ceremony. The cherry on the top could be a surprise return from Roman Reigns, after which the two titans will have to choose sides. The Great One could side with Solo Sikoa's Bloodline while The Tribal Chief could have The Usos by his side.

There are a few ways this could go. Solo Sikoa could introduce The Rock as the mastermind behind the new Bloodline. After The People's Champion makes his intentions clear about leading the family and the classic "We The Ones" pose, Roman Reigns could hit the Hollywood Megastar with a devastating Spear to close the show. The moment will send goosebumps throughout the arena.

There is also a chance Roman will get assaulted by the new Bloodline, slowly leading to Jimmy and Jey Uso's return to The Bloodline. There are tons of possibilities, but fans will have to wait until WWE SmackDown for answers.

Do The Rock and Roman Reigns have tensions ahead of WWE SmackDown?

While the two megastars haven't spoken against each other publicly, there is insubstantial tension between the two in kayfabe. Fans saw the biggest hint at WWE WrestleMania 40.

During Night One's main event of WrestleMania 40, Roman Reigns accidentally Speared his cousin, developing subliminal hate between the two. Also, The "Bloodline Rules" stipulation was The Rock's idea, which ended up being a failure as John Cena, The Undertaker, and Jey Uso took advantage. Fans may say Roman lost his title due to his cousin's unnecessary stipulation.

These facts and the potential contention of the family's Tribal Chief are enough to create a layered storyline between the two giants. This week's edition of WWE SmackDown could build these tensions to create a roaring moment.
