What if The Rock returns to WWE SmackDown with fan-favorite in his corner? Exploring the possibility

The Rock's return to SmackDown is highly anticipated, and fans are trying to figure out which side of The Bloodline Saga he'll end up on. The last time we saw The Final Boss was on RAW after WrestleMania XL, where he exchanged words with newly crowned Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes.

The Brahma Bull is expected back on our screens soon, but he could return with a familiar face. Jimmy Uso has also been absent since 'Mania season after Solo Sikoa turned on him. He could be the one who convinces Rocky to return to deal with The Bloodline drama involving Sikoa and Roman Reigns.

When the WWE icon returns to WWE SmackDown, a Rock and Reigns reunion seems like the way forward at first. The Final Boss meets with The OTC, and with Uso and they taunt Rhodes and talk about getting revenge for Reigns' Mania Night Two loss.

That's until Sikoa comes onto the scene, and The Rock changes course and acknowledges the new Tribal Chief. He lauds the new Bloodline leader's work as the Head of the Table, much to the chagrin of Reigns and Jimmy Uso.

This helps set up the Survivor Series Bloodline Civil War the WWE Universe has been pining for. Team Rock vs Team Reigns is put in motion, with the People's Champion revealing himself as the man behind Sikoa's tyrannical Bloodline reign on SmackDown.

The two sides could compete in WarGames, the five-on-five match stipulation now used at the premium live event.

The tentative teams could be as follows, Team Rock: The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa Vs. Team Reigns: Roman Reigns, Jimmy and Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, Talla Tonga (Hikuleo).

This is very much speculation as of this writing, but it would be very interesting if the above scenario did play out into an eventual Bloodline Civil War at Survivor Series: WarGames.

SmackDown: The Rock should face Roman Reigns and not Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41

The Rock is expected to be in action when WrestleMania 41 in Nevada swings by next April. He teamed with Roman Reigns to defeat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Night One of this year's Showcase of the Immortals.

The 10-time world champion was initially set to face Reigns, but major fan backlash saw WWE make a U-turn. Rhodes went on to beat The Head of the Table in the main event of Night Two to finish his story and win the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Reigns went on a hiatus from SmackDown, but Rocky re-emerged on RAW the following night. He asked to hold Cody's championship and hinted that when he was back next, he'd be targeting the American Nightmare's world title.

This feud has fans excited, but it's not the match that The Great One should have at next year's 'Mania. He should finally face off with Reigns in a non-title match to decide the real Tribal Chief of The Bloodline.
