There are three big title matches later, so it's best to have this grudge match before the middle of the show. It is also a no holds barred contest, thus, having this on after a match that the crowd won't invest much in, will invoke a huge reaction when something big happens.
Considering that the veterans could have a really good match, going in an hour into the show would be a great time for the pair to share a great mania match together.
