AJ Styles is set to do battle with Daniel Bryan at the Crown Jewel event which is set to take place on November 2.
On October 16, at SmackDown 1000, we saw AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan team up to take on The Usos in an obvious way to build up the rivalry between the two men before the clash.
Bryan hit Styles with an elbow by mistake, which later led to the two losing the tag team match to The Usos.
The card for the Starrcade event shows that a WWE Championship match has been announced for November 24. The men who’ll be involved in the match will be none other than Aj Styles and Samoa Joe.
The two men will do battle inside a steel cage, and this is an old rivalry which the WWE are reusing for the event. Does that mean that Daniel Bryan will lose to Styles, most probably due to an interference by Samoa Joe, at Crown Jewel?
It seems like the likely explanation for why the matchup has been set and could prove to be the final bout between the two men for the championship.
