King and Queen of the Ring match card
WWE is finalizing the match card for the King and Queen of the Ring. So far, only five matches have been confirmed, but it is likely more will be added by next Friday night.
In the King of the Ring finals, the winner of the Jey Uso vs. Gunther match will take on the winner of SmackDown qualifiers, while the Queen of the Ring Final will see either IYO SKY or Lyra Valkyria from RAW take on the winner of the SmackDown bracket.
King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event will also see Becky Lynch put her Women's World Championship on the line against Liv Morgan. These two are considered the top two female wrestlers on the red brand, and their feud started several weeks ago.
Meanwhile, Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn will collide with Chad Gable and Bronson Reed in a Triple Threat match that had been weeks in the making.
In one of the top matches of the card, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will take on United States Champion Logan Paul in a Champion vs. Champion match, where both titles will be on the line. However, the most likely scenario is that the main event will end in No Disqualification, so both champions can retain their titles.
The rest of the match card is still subject to change, as neither Women's Champion Bayley nor World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest are part of it. Still, the latter could face Drew McIntyre in a title match if The Scottish Warrior is medically cleared to compete.
