When is Alexa Bliss coming back to WWE? Exploring her status

Alexa Bliss hasn't been seen in WWE for nearly two years. The last time she appeared in the company was at the Royal Rumble premium live event in January 2023, when she failed to win the RAW Women's Championship from Bianca Belair.

She has been out since then due to maternity leave but has been teasing a comeback for months now. The former Women's Champion has confirmed that she will return, but it remains unknown when this will happen. A report by PW Insider suggests that there are no creative plans for her at the moment, and WWE doesn't expect her to return until after the holiday season. Thus, a return until late December has to be ruled out.

Alexa Bliss could return to WWE on the RAW premiere on Netflix on January 6, 2025, setting the stage for a title match at Royal Rumble 2025. If that is also not the case, she is expected to return to the Women's Royal Rumble Match two years after her last WWE appearance.

Alexa Bliss could join The Wyatt Sicks once she returns

Aside from her return date, it is unclear what Alexa Bliss will do once she returns to WWE. As she is considered championship material, she could go after the current Women's World Champion Liv Morgan or the Women's Champion Nia Jax.

The other scenario is that she will join The Wyatt Sicks as the sixth and final member. If this happens, it will open the way for a few new storylines. First, she will reunite with Uncle Howdy, paying tribute to the late Bray Wyatt.

Next, she will be able to go after the Women's Tag Team Titles with her former tag team partner, Nikki Cross, by her side. In addition, she could use the faction as a backup in her title quest, as Liv Morgan has done with The Judgment Day.

Last but not least, she could start a feud with Morgan and the rest of The Judgment Day on RAW to determine who the most dominant faction in WWE is.
