Not many in the WWE Universe would square up to Brock Lesnar for a legitimate fight, but The Beast was involved in a real-life altercation backstage six years ago. It was Crown Jewel 2019, where Lesnar locked horns with Cain Velasquez and defeated the former UFC Heavyweight Champion to retain his WWE World Title.

The show also featured Tyson Fury, who beat Braun Strowman in a singles match. The world-renowned boxer reportedly made travel arrangements and was accompanied by his entourage, one of whom was involved in a heated exchange with Lesnar.

iFL TV host Kugan Cassius revealed details of the incident during an interview with Tyson Fury's younger brother, Tommy Fury. Tim Allock, who was part of the Fury's team, was staring at Brock Lesnar in the corridor, which invoked a response from The Beast:

"Brock Lesnar, according to Tim, said to him, ‘What are you looking at?’ and he went, ‘What do you mean what am I looking at? What, do you want a fight or something? Come on, then.’ And then there was a complaint made about Tim over that comment, but Tim was saying, ‘I was ready,’" said Cassius . (From 13:16 to 13:29)

Will Brock Lesnar return to WWE in 2025?

Brock Lesnar last appeared on WWE television at SummerSlam 2023, where he lost against Cody Rhodes to mark the end of their trilogy. The Beast hugged his opponent and put him over with fans before leaving.

He was reportedly scheduled to return for Royal Rumble in 2024, but those plans were seemingly changed after allegedly being referenced in the lawsuit against Vince McMahon. When posed with the question of Lesnar's return, Triple H had the following to say:

"You’d have to ask Brock Lesnar that, Brock does his own thing, so he’s up in Canada I’m sure watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life. If and when he decides that he would like to do something, we’d be open to the conversation."

With Royal Rumble 2025 just around the corner, there are growing speculations over Brock Lesnar making a surprise return. If The Beast enters the prestigious 30-man battle, it may lead to his potential title feud with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther - a rivalry teased two years ago on the same stage.
