Kane had several memorable interactions with the McMahons both inside and outside of the ring. However, he didn't interact with Linda McMahon as much as he did her family members. Although the latter didn't appear much on-screen, her appearances always guaranteed an exciting moment, much like in 2003.
At the beginning of 2003, Kane formed a tag team with Rob Van Dam, and the duo even became the World Tag Team Champions. He then challenged Triple H for the World Heavyweight Title, with the stipulation that he would unmask if he lost. The Big Red Machine lost the eventual match and removed his mask on the following RAW episode, chokeslamming RVD in the process as being unmasked made him emotionally unstable. Unfortunately for Linda McMahon, she was on that path of destruction.
The unmasked Kane attacked wrestlers, officials, and even Jim Ross after an interview. In an attempt to stop his actions, Linda McMahon tried to reason with him on the July 21, 2003, episode of WWE RAW. However, this only resulted in her receiving a Tombstone Piledriver on the stage.

This attack led to the Hall of Famer feuding with Shane McMahon, who returned the following week. The former defeated the latter at that year's Unforgiven event in a Last Man Standing match.
What was Linda McMahon's reaction after knowing she would get Tombstoned by Kane on WWE RAW?
The McMahons have never been afraid of getting involved in the action every once in a while. However, compared to Vince, Stephanie, and Shane, Linda rarely got involved in storylines or appeared on-screen. Still, she had no problems in taking the move from the Hall of Famer.
In a past episode of the Something to Wrestling podcast, WWE executive Bruce Prichard shared that Linda was the last one of the McMahon family to appear on camera and never wanted to take a bump. After learning about the RAW spot, Linda simply agreed and did it like a champion.
“When Kane gave Linda the tombstone, that was one of those days of Linda, bless her heart, man, was just like, ‘Okay… okay.’ Again, she was the last one of the group [the McMahon family] that wanted to be in front of a camera, never wanted to take a bump or do any of that stuff. She was like, ‘Okay.’ Did it like a champ. Crazy.”
It was definitely interesting to see how Kane and Linda McMahon's relationship has evolved throughout the years.
