It appears that Uncle Howdy's return to WWE is fast approaching. The company has teased it on social media on multiple occasions lately, so we should expect it soon.
The latest episode of SmackDown gave a clue as to when we could expect Uncle Howdy back in WWE. And it could happen at the upcoming Premium Live Event, King and Queen of the Ring, which will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, next Saturday, May 25.
WWE teased Howdy's return during a tag team match between DIY and Legado Del Fantasma, which took place on Friday. A QR code appeared on the screen and WWE fans tried to find the hidden message behind it.
It appears that the code leads to the number 22423, which is Jeddah's postal code. With that in mind, it wouldn't come as a surprise if Howdy returned during the King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event.

Who could be Uncle Howdy's first target?
It is unclear yet what the first storyline for Uncle Howdy will be, but it is a no-brainer that he will return as a heel and will target a wrestler that is currently a babyface.
With that in mind, his first target could be Jey Uso after the latter's post on X about fireflies, which were part of Bray Wyatt's last storyline with WWE. It would make sense for WWE to have Howdy target Jey Uso, as it will give the latter a new storyline to work on after losing to World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest at Backlash in early May.
"Yall ain’t got no damn choice. Fireflies are mines now," Jey Uso wrote on X.
The return of Uncle Howdy will be a tribute to the late Bray Wyatt, who passed away in late August 2023. The new faction will be called the Wyatt 6, and a few returning superstars, like Erick Rowan, Niki Cross, and Alexa Bliss, are expected to join the team. All three of them have been away from WWE for quite a long time, with fans anticipating their return.
