Val Venis’ character is one that could perhaps have only existed during the Attitude Era.

Val Venis had one of the most adult-themed characters of the WWE’s Attitude Era, a thinly-veiled – if veiled at all – attempt at a male adult film star. His “hello ladies” catchphrase, with a towel around his waist and suggestive entrance, made it pretty clear what the writers were going for.

Since he left the wrestling business, Val Venis – real name Sean Morley – has not gotten any less controversial. He now reportedly owns a medical marijuana shop in Mesa, Arizona and has become an advocate for the drug’s legalization online.
