What to know for the final SmackDown episode before WWE Bad Blood?

As of this writing, three matches are set to occur on the go-home episode of SmackDown before the upcoming Premium Live Event, along with one major return.

Fans have not seen AJ Styles on WWE television since failing to defeat Cody Rhodes at Clash at the Castle: Scotland for the Undisputed Championship. However, The Phenomenal One remained busy in his absence as he briefly returned to Japan and wrestled several house shows in the past few months. It will be interesting to see what is in store for the former champion as he returns to the Friday show.

Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton have been busy on the blue brand lately, mainly occupied by feuding with Naomi and Bayley. After The Glow failed to defeat The Role Model in a Women's Championship No. 1 Contender's Match, Ms. Money in the Bank added salt to the wound by mocking her. Naomi and Tiffany will go one-on-one tonight on WWE SmackDown.

Another feud in the women's division that has escalated in the past few weeks is between Chelsea Green and Michin. While the latter was busy winning against Piper Niven on WWE SmackDown, the former has been busy taunting his opponent through her "training" videos in a dumpster. Tonight, both women will finally clash in a Dumpster Match.

The Bloodline has a busy weekend ahead of them as Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa will go against Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns in a Tag Team match. However, the rest of the group will be in action tonight first as Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa defend the Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits and #DIY in a Ladder match.
