What to expect for the return of Friday Night SmackDown on the USA Network?

As of this writing, three matches are set for tonight's WWE SmackDown premiere on the USA Network. It will feature a fan-favorite singles match, a tag team bout, and an Undisputed Championship clash inside a steel cage.

Andrade and Carmelo Hayes have had a heated rivalry for the past few months on the Friday show for a while, and tonight will be their fifth time facing each other. Both men already have an even win against each other, and the upcoming episode could see who will get the upper hand in their series.

Grayson Waller, Austin Theory, and Kevin Owens competed in a Triple Threat match last week. Even if A-Town Down Under double-teamed The Prizefighter, the latter got the win but was subjected to a post-match attack instead. Tonight, A-Town Down Under will go against the former champion and a mystery partner of his choosing.

Cody Rhodes chose to defend the Undisputed Championship against Jacob Fatu on the previous episode of WWE SmackDown, much to the shock of many, including Solo Sikoa. However, Nick Aldis decided to book Solo vs Cody for the title inside a Steel Cage tonight. Interestingly, many think the match could also feature the return of Roman Reigns after he was featured in the company's promotional photo for the upcoming episode.
