WWE is preparing for its next premium live event, SummerSlam, which is set to take place in Cleveland, Ohio, three weeks from now on August 3. SummerSlam is considered by many as the second-biggest PLE after WrestleMania and WWE has already filled the card with some big-time matches.
SummerSlam is one of the seven premium live events that will take place in the remainder of 2024, both for the main roster and NXT. Five of them have already been confirmed, while the WWE Universe is waiting to find out the date and location for the final two.
More specifically, WWE will travel to Cleveland, Ohio for SummerSlam on August 3. Four weeks later, Bash in Berlin will take place in the capital city of Germany (August 31), while the next PLE is Bad Blood, set to take place in Atlanta, Georgia on October 5.
A month later, WWE will move to Saudi Arabia for a second time in 2024 to host the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event in Riyadh. As for NXT, their next PLE is No Mercy and will take place in Denver, Colorado, on September 1.
Still, there are two more PLEs that are yet to be announced, even though both are almost certain to take place this year. It appears that we may have an official update soon. The first one is Survivor Series and the other is NXT Deadline. That said, here are the five premium live events that have already been announced for the second part of 2024.
- SummerSlam (Cleveland, August 3)
- Bash in Berlin (Berlin, August 31)
- NXT No Mercy (Denver, September 1)
- Bad Blood (Atlanta, October 5)
- Crown Jewel (Riyadh, November 2)
Los Angeles to reportedly host WWE Survivor Series 2024
Survivor Series is considered one of the biggest premium live events of the year in WWE, alongside Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, and SummerSlam. Thus, wrestling fans are eagerly anticipating the announcement of the date and location of the event.
Per WrestleVotes, the company is reportedly considering Los Angeles as the city that will host the event. According to the report, the plan is for Survivor Series to take place on Saturday, November 30 at Intuit Dome, the new home of the NBA franchise LA Clippers, which will officially open a month from now, on August 15.
Based on these reports, an official update should be out soon. Last year's edition saw the massive return of CM Punk to the company after nearly a decade.
