Chris Jericho

The Elimination Chamber is an annual match organized by WWE at the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event in February. Alongside the traditional Royal Rumble match, the Elimination Chamber is one of the most crucial stops on the highly anticipated Road to WrestleMania. The match was created by Triple H and Eric Bischoff in November 2002. It takes place under a large chain-linked steel cage with four pods in four corners of the ring. Two or three wrestlers start the match followed by one wrestler leaving the pod and entering the match every five minutes.

There is one simple rule in the Elimination Chamber match - do not get eliminated. To eliminate someone, a wrestler has to score a pinfall or force to tap out. The last wrestler remaining inside the ring is declared the winner. While a few superstars have won the match by only eliminating a single wrestler, a few stars have won the match in complete dominance. On the other hand, a few wrestlers failed to win despite their utter destruction.

Most Number of Eliminations in a Single Elimination Chamber

Braun Strowman and Shayna Baszler have both eliminated a record five superstars in a single match as of February 2025.

Shayna Baszler - 5 Eliminations (2020 Elimination Chamber Match)

One of the most dominating performances of all time in Elimination Chamber, or perhaps the whole WWE history, came at Elimination Chamber 2020. Shayna Baszler showed the world that she is brutal. In the match, she entered after Natalya, Ruby Riott, and Sarah Logan and was followed by Liv Morgan and Asuka.

Baszler won the match by eliminating every other wrestler on her own. She became the first and, to date, the only wrestler to have eliminated every other wrestler in the Elimination Chamber match. Even more impressive is the fact that Baszler scored all the victories by either Submission or Technical Submission.

Braun Strowman - 5 Eliminations (2018 Elimination Chamber Match)

Braun Strowman has entered the Elimination Chamber match only once in his career and did so in a dominating fashion. In 2018, the Men’s Elimination Chamber consisted of seven wrestlers, the most in any Elimination Chamber match.

Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, and The Miz began the match before John Cena, Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman, and Elias joined in that order. The superstars were no match to the strength of The Monster. One by one, Strowman eliminated everyone but Reigns, totaling up to five eliminations. Despite such a dominant display of strength, Strowman failed to win the match and was eliminated by The Big Dog.

Most number of Eliminations in the Elimination Chamber

Former WWE superstar Chris Jericho has the most eliminations (10) in the Elimination Chamber overall as of February 2025. Jericho has three eliminations more than the second spot holder Triple H. The former World Champion has competed in eight Elimination Chamber matches, making him one of the most experienced participants in the structure. He competed in the initial three editions, defeating numerous opponents but failing to win even once. He was eliminated 10 times throughout his career, with memorable performances in 2005, 2008, and 2009. In 2010, he won the World Heavyweight Championship with the help of Shawn Michaels. In his final appearances in 2012 and 2013, he added two more eliminations but failed to secure another win.
