At WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes finally finished his story, which many wanted to see him achieve. The American Nightmare beat Roman Reigns and won the Undisputed WWE Championship. While Rhodes was treated to loud cheers from the fans in the arena, many wondered what the reaction backstage might have been like.

Recently, WWE released WrestleMania XL: Behind The Curtain on their YouTube channel. In this documentary, the promotion showed who Cody Rhodes met backstage immediately after winning the title. For starters, the champion met Michael PS Hayes, Becky Lynch, and Sami Zayn.

However, that was not all. He was also seen bonding with The Undertaker, John Cena, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Triple H. It's worth noting that The Dead Man and Cena were the ones who came out during Rhodes' bout and helped him beat Roman Reigns in a Bloodline Rules main event title match.

WWE veteran predicts Cody Rhodes and his team will get ambushed after Money in the Bank

At Money in the Bank this Saturday, Cody Rhodes will team up with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to face The Bloodline in a Three-Man Tag Team Match. While which three members of The Bloodline will compete isn't revealed yet, a WWE veteran believes Rhodes and his team will get ambushed after the match.

During an episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine, veteran wrestling journalist Bill Apter predicted that Cody Rhodes and his team would be victorious at the PLE, but a raging Jacob Fatu and The Bloodline would attack them after the match.

"What I predict is, again, Cody and his team are going to win, but Jacob Fatu is gonna go maniacally crazy after that match and injure them and leave them lying. That's what I think is gonna happen," said Apter. [2:00 onwards]
