The latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown ended dramatically as Jacob Fatu finally made his much-anticipated WWE debut and aligned himself with The Bloodline. After it seemed that Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens had finally got their hands on Solo Sikoa, The Samoan Werewolf appeared out of nowhere and started attacking the trio.

He delivered a Samoan Drop to Owens through the steel steps, a devastating Spear to Orton through the barricade, and finally destroyed Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes with a splash through the announce table to close the show. This was one of the most impactful debut appearances in recent memory.

Jacob Fatu is also a member of the Anoa'i family. He is the son of Sam Fatu, who made his name in the world of professional wrestling as The Tonga Kid. Fatu spent the last five years competing in Major League Wrestling (MLW) and was one of the top stars in the company.

Reports had emerged earlier this year that the 32-year-old star had signed with WWE, and fans were wondering when he would make his debut. Now that he has made his mark on SmackDown in his first outing, it will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based company has planned for the talented star moving forward.

Rikishi is open to the idea of becoming Jacob Fatu's manager in WWE

Jacob Fatu has already proven that he is one of the most talented in-ring performers during his time in Major League Wrestling (MLW) and on the independent scene. This was evident during his impactful debut on the latest episode of SmackDown.

While speaking on his RIKISHI FATU OFF THE TOP podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi was asked whether Jacob needed a manager in the Stamford-based promotion. The Samoan Stinker firmly responded that Jacob did not need a manager but suggested that if the latter indeed required one, he would be the ideal candidate.

"Absolutely not. Listen, Jacob doesn't need a manager. And if anybody would be a manager, you're probably looking at the guy that will walk out Jacob," Rikishi said.
