Former WWE NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose got married on November 2. The 34-year-old, who was last seen in a WWE ring in 2022, married Sabatino Piscitelli. While Rose is well-known for her achievements, her husband may not be as familiar to everyone. So, the question arises: who is Mandy Rose's husband?
Sabatino Piscitelli first burst onto the scene in the NFL. He played as a safety for the Oregon Ducks and was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2007. However, the 41-year-old struggled to make a significant impact and moved between teams like the Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs for five years before retiring from football in 2011. After three years, he entered a developmental agreement with WWE, where he would eventually meet his wife, Mandy Rose.
As a former WWE Superstar, Piscitelli may be better known to fans as Tino Sabbatelli. He spent several years with the company, primarily working as a tag team wrestler alongside another former WWE star, Riddick Moss. Sadly, he was never able to kick things off in the ring, as injury scuppered a potential heel push in 2020. Sabatino was released shortly after he sustained the injury but did make a singular appearance in AEW the same year.
Coincidentally, after that one appearance in AEW, he was re-signed by WWE. But that too did not last long, as he was again released in June 2021 without making a single appearance. Since then, he has taken a step back from pro wrestling and now focuses on his podcast, Power Alphas, alongside his lovely co-host and wife, Mandy Rose.
A couple of WWE Superstars were in attendance at Mandy Rose's wedding
As mentioned earlier, Mandy Rose is a former WWE Superstar, and while she may have had a bittersweet departure from the company, Rose still has plenty of friends there.
Some of those friends were in attendance for her special day. One such friend was her former "protege" in Toxic Attraction, Jacy Jayne.
Roxanne Perez, the reigning NXT Women's Champion, attended the event in East Brunswick, New Jersey, alongside her close companion, Cora Jade, and former WWE star Indi Hartwell. The Prodigy later posted photos from the gathering on her Instagram account.
Sonya Deville, a close friend of Rose from WWE, was regrettably absent but expressed her warm wishes through social media.
In general, it was a heartwarming celebration, with the couple being surrounded by family and friends.
