Tensions have escalated between The Judgment Day and The Terror Twins over the past few weeks on WWE RAW. The teams are set to play a major role at the upcoming premium live event, Bad Blood.
During the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, Finn Balor confronted his former Judgment Day stablemate, Rhea Ripley, backstage. He went on a rant, revealing that none other than him was responsible for Dominik Mysterio ditching Rhea and pursuing Liv Morgan.
“I was the devil on Dom’s shoulder. I told him to go with Liv. I told him to forget about you. It was me!” he said.
He expressed frustration at being blamed for what happened to The Judgment Day when Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley were betrayed at SummerSlam. Balor also accused Ripley of pretending to care about Judgment Day when, in reality, she only cared about herself.
At Bad Blood, Rhea Ripley is set to face Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship, while Finn Balor will take on Damian Priest in a highly anticipated grudge match.
Former WWE star believes major Bad Blood match should have had a stipulation
Liv Morgan successfully retained her Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam when Dominik Mysterio cost Ripley the match. However, Mami earned a rematch for Bad Blood after pinning the champion at Bash in Berlin.
Speaking recently on Rebooked Wrestling, former WWE star Aiden English hoped Liv Morgan's upcoming match against Rhea Ripley at Bad Blood would include a stipulation involving "Dirty" Dom. English mentioned that he would like to see the Shark Cage stipulation added but speculated that WWE might save that for a future match.
"I was hoping Liv [Morgan] and Rhea [Ripley] would've maybe some Dominik [Mysterio] related stipulation or something tied to it. I don't know if they're trying to stretch it out and get there. I'm waiting for my Shark Cage [stipulation] and the fact it's taking so long, it's starting to [make] me a little anxious," English said.
It will be interesting to see if Rhea Ripley can reclaim the Women's World Championship at Bad Blood.
